By using www.six6marketing.co.za (the "site"), operated by Six6 Consulting (Registration No. 2023/577176/07), trading as Six6 Marketing ("Six6", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes Six6's marketing services and provides two interactive tools: the AI Visibility Audit, a self-assessment questionnaire that produces a scored, informational report; and Claudine, an AI concierge that answers questions about Six6 using Anthropic's Claude. Neither tool is a substitute for a direct conversation with our team, and both are described in more detail on the AI Audit Disclaimer page and within the Claudine chat itself.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Content on this site, including audit results and anything Claudine says, is provided for general information. It does not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, advertising performance, or AI-search citations for your business. Any engagement with Six6's services is governed separately by the proposal or agreement you sign with us, not by this website.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to overwhelm our tools with automated requests, attempting to extract data you are not authorised to access, or using the Audit or Claudine to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to manipulate their output for purposes unrelated to evaluating Six6's services.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, and other content on this site belong to Six6 or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our permission, other than for normal browsing and fair use such as quoting with attribution.
6. Third-party links and tools
This site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp for direct contact. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites and services you reach from here.
7. Limitation of liability
This site and its tools are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six6 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including reliance on audit results or Claudine's responses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes relating to this site are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
