The responsible party for personal information processed through www.six6marketing.co.za is Six6 Consulting (Registration No. 2023/577176/07), trading as Six6 Marketing ("Six6", "we", "us").
2. Information Officer
Our Information Officer, appointed under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), is Marvin Westfall, Co-Founder & Strategy Director. We do not publish a public email address or phone number for spam-prevention reasons; the Information Officer is reachable via WhatsApp or the contact page, both linked from our contact page.
3. What this notice covers
This notice explains, specifically under POPIA, what personal information we process, why, and what rights you have. For a plain-language description of what we collect and how, see our Privacy Policy — this notice should be read together with it.
4. Purpose of processing
We process personal information only for the purpose you supplied it: to generate and deliver your AI Visibility Audit results, to respond to enquiries, and to keep a record of leads so our team can follow up appropriately. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what you would reasonably expect from submitting it.
5. Lawful basis for processing
We process your personal information with your consent, given when you submit the AI Visibility Audit, and where necessary for our legitimate business interest in responding to and following up on enquiries you have initiated.
6. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Be told what personal information we hold about you and why.
- Request access to that information.
- Request correction of information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading.
- Request that we delete or de-identify information we no longer have authority to hold.
- Object to the processing of your personal information, on reasonable grounds.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
7. How to exercise your rights
To make any of the requests above, contact our Information Officer, Marvin Westfall, Co-Founder & Strategy Director, via WhatsApp or the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with POPIA's requirements.
