1. Who we are
This site is operated by Six6 Consulting (Registration No. 2023/577176/07), trading as Six6 Marketing ("Six6", "we", "us"). We are a South African digital marketing agency, and this policy explains how we handle personal information in relation to www.six6marketing.co.za.
2. What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, through two tools on this site:
- AI Visibility Audit — your name, business name, website, industry, email address, and optionally your phone number, plus your answers to questions about your current marketing, tracking, and lead-handling setup.
- Claudine, our AI concierge — the messages you type in the chat. Claudine is instructed not to ask for or store personal information; if you share contact details in the chat anyway, they are not saved beyond that conversation.
3. Our contact page does not collect data
The contact page does not submit anything to our servers. It helps you compose a WhatsApp message to Marvin with useful context, and opens WhatsApp directly on your device — nothing is sent to Six6 or stored by us from that page. Any conversation you then have on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
4. Automatically collected information
When you complete the AI Visibility Audit, we also capture the page you landed on, the referring site, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, so we understand which enquiries come from which marketing activity. If Google Tag Manager is enabled on this site, it may set standard analytics cookies to measure site usage; we do not use these to identify you personally.
For abuse prevention, our servers briefly process the IP address of requests to our audit and chat tools to apply rate limits. This is not linked to your identity and is not retained.
5. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Generate your AI Visibility Audit results and a personalised written summary of them.
- Email you a copy of your own results, if you supplied an email address.
- Let our team follow up on your enquiry with relevant context.
- Improve the accuracy and usefulness of our tools and this site.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. To operate the tools above, some information passes through the following service providers, each acting on our instructions:
- OpenAI — receives your first name, business name, industry, and audit answers to help write the personalised summary of your results. It does not receive your email address or phone number.
- Anthropic (Claude) — receives your Claudine chat messages to generate replies.
- Notion — stores your audit submission as our internal lead record.
- Resend — delivers the audit result emails.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes requests to it.
7. Where your information is processed
Some of the providers above are based outside South Africa, so your information may be processed on servers in other countries. We only use providers with their own data-protection commitments, and we only send them the minimum information needed to provide the relevant feature.
8. How long we keep it
We keep audit and enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to follow up on a possible engagement, or until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time — see the POPIA Notice for how.
9. Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Full detail on how to exercise these rights is set out in our POPIA Notice.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us, including access-limited third-party providers and rate-limiting on our public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
13. Contact us
Questions about this policy or your information should go to our Information Officer, Marvin Westfall, Co-Founder & Strategy Director. We do not publish a public email address or phone number — reach us via WhatsApp or the contact page, both linked from our contact page.
